Going through the Truth Project right now...  The lesson that I was just on challenged me with a couple of questions:
A.) What is truth?
B.) And what are the lies that I have believed?
Let me start with B. - Lies I have believed? … well, the list is long.  But here are two big ones:
1.)LIE: Spent most of my life believing that I wasn’t worth much and had no talent.  REALITY: We are ALL worth a lot! (that includes YOU!) And God has given each of us a unique set of “talents” that we need to do something productive with.  MY GOAL:  I need to become more proactive in using my talents.
2.)LIE: Tended to think (and still struggle with thinking) that the only thing other people see in me are my mistakes or faults.  (This might explain why I’m so hard on myself if I make a mistake… or why I tend to be a perfectionist.)  REALITY: There will always be those “fault-finders” out there, but the majority of people are gracious, forgiving and kindhearted.  MY GOAL:  I want to be part of the kindhearted group of people.
Now for  A. - Truth is reality from God’s perspective.  So then the challenge for me is to stop seeing things from the perspective of my emotions, experiences or American culture and to instead, take the time to step back and see the situation from God’s perspective.  Wow.  Really changes how you see things!  (Studying the truth about who God is helps with this… Read Psalm 103.)

LIE #1: Spent most of my life believing that I wasn't worth much and had no talent.  REALITY: We are ALL worth a lot! (that includes YOU!) And God has given each of us a unique set of “talents” that we need to do something productive with.  MY GOAL:  I need to become more proactive in using my talents.
