Oh, how grateful and thankful I am to the Lord because He is so good.  I will sing praise to the name of the Lord who is above all lords.” Psalm 7:17 (TLB)

I’m very excited about the release of this album.  I’ll be the first to admit that this is a giant step out of my comfort zone!  There’s a story behind each of the songs, and I hope to share them in the weeks to come.

The creation of the album itself was a labor of love and a huge learning experience.  It took a long time to complete due to many obstacles.  For example, while I was in the recording phase I had to completely stop the project and have surgery on my neck.  I was unable to sing for many, many weeks. Once I could sing again, my voice had changed just enough that most of the previous recordings had to be redone.   It was also my first attempt at editing, engineering, producing, etc. - and with no training, I had a lot to learn (and still have a lot to learn).  The project was both time consuming and intense but very FUN.  The parts that I had the most fun with were playing the different instruments and growing closer to God.

A special thanks to my husband for helping me to have the time to do this.  Thanks also to all who have helped or encouraged me during this project.  I hope you enjoy the album, but more importantly I hope that you are able to worship God with all your heart through it.
